HOW TO FOLLOW MY ORDER?

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have not received your order after a week, make sure that the address and the name communicated when you placed your order are correct. You can also follow your order via the tracking number that is indicated. If your address is correct and the parcel is indicated as "delivered", please contact us.
