1) What are your delivery times?
You must count the processing time of your order, which can vary between 24 and 72 hours.
Here are our normal delivery times: 5 to 8 days
2) How do I track my order?
To track your order, simply add your order number and email.
If you have not received your order and you are still within the delivery times defined above, rest assured, there is nothing unusual.
It may happen that your follow-up does not progress for several days. This happens frequently with international deliveries. You can try again in a few days.
3) Where is my order confirmation email?
If you have not received your order confirmation email, it is likely that:
1. The mail is found in spam/spam messages.
2. Your operator blocks our emails (especially the boxes @orange.fr and @sfr.fr)
3. You have made a typing error in your email address
First check your spam, and if you don't find it, contact us.
4) How do I cancel my order?
You have 1 hour after placing your order to make a cancellation request.
After this period no cancellation can be accepted because the order will be being processed. You can always return your order within 14 days of receipt, if you still want a refund.
5) How do I return my order?
You can return your product in the next 14 days after reception of your order
